Empowering Education Beyond The Classroom
IncludEd is a specialist education service providing bespoke, high-quality learning for children and young people outside of mainstream school. We work with neurodivergent learners, those with complex SEND needs, school-based trauma, and those accessing EOTAS or elective home education.
Founded by a former Deputy Headteacher and experienced SEND leader, IncludEd was created to offer what traditional systems often cannot: a personalised, compassionate, and genuinely learner-centred approach.
What We Do
We deliver 1:1 personalised education packages designed around each learner’s interests, needs, and strengths. Education is provided in-home or out in the community by qualified, experienced educators who specialise in SEND and trauma-informed practice.
From functional life skills to academic subjects, everything is taught through a neurodiversity-affirming lens—with flexibility, trust, and well-being at the core.

How we Work
Customised Curriculum – Interest-led, practical, and academically robust across core subjects, business, and real-world learning
Child-Led & Play-Based – Especially for PDA and autistic learners, we follow curiosity to increase engagement and reduce anxiety
Collaboration-Ready – We work alongside families, local authorities, and professionals using shared digital tools like OneNote Class Notebook
Legally Compliant – Our team keeps up-to-date with training in safeguarding, first aid, risk assessment, and neurodiversity
Lived Experience & Expertise – Our educators bring both professional qualifications and personal understanding of neurodivergence
Why It Matters
IncludEd exists to provide the kind of education that puts the learner first—because real progress happens when children feel safe, understood, and empowered.
We’re not just filling a gap—we’re building something better.
With integrity at our core, we believe in doing education differently:
✔️ Personalised
